Making a splash for charity

Regular users of Narberth pool did their bit for Sport Relief last week.

Members of the pool’s Aquafit club, along with other swimmers, took part in a jog-o-thon around the swimming pool.

By jogging and swimming a mile – and taking part in their regular Aquafit session afterwards – the ladies raised an astonishing £343 for charity.

A group of youngsters also did their bit. The pool’s Junior Lifesaving Club took part in a Funtime for an hour before running  and swimming in the pool for a mile. They raised £46.
