Following news of the serious assault in Buckley in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 9 May) it can be confirmed that the victim of the assault has died in hospital this afternoon.
He has been named as Peter Williams Jones and he was 24 years old.
His family have been informed.
The two local men arrested in connection with the incident are still being questioned.
