Following an incident on November 30th, 2009 in the Cefn Fforest area of Blackwood which resulted in a dog receiving injuries, a 21 year old male from Blackwood has been arrested and charged with causing unecessary suffering to an animal and common assault.
He has been bailed to appear before Caerphilly Magistrates on February 23rd, 2010
