A 17-year-old man has today been charged with causing death by careless driving following a collision on Sealand Road earlier this year.
The single vehicle collision happened on February 15, near Yew Tree Farm on the A548 in Sealand, Flintshire.
18 year old Daniel Thomas Evans, from the Connahs Quay area, was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital.
The 17-year-old will appear at Mold Magistrates Court on June 15.
