Medication stolen from Blaenau pharmacy

Police in the Blaenau Ffestiniog area are urgently appealing for people to be vigilant following the theft of medication from a pharmacy in the area.

Sometime overnight last night and 7am this morning (Friday, 23rd April) a burglary occurred at a pharmacy on the High Street, whereby an offender(s) gained entry via the back door.

As a result of this burglary, a large green bucket containing out of date medication has been stolen.

The medication could be dangerous if taken and police are urging individuals that if they find any of the medication not to consume it under any circumstances but to contact police immediately. People are also being urged to contact officers should they find the green bucket or the medication.

Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who may have information is urged to contact officers at Blaenau Ffestiniog Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers Wales anonymously on 0800 555 111.
