Prices start from £2.50 per car all day which includes your bus ride to and from the city centre. The price is significantly less than multi-storey car parks in the city centre so just think, what you save on parking you can put towards a well deserved mince pie!

Added benefits include; attendant-controlled car parks with CCTV coverage, frequent buses in and out of the city centre (approximately every ten minutes) and low floor buses that offer easy access for buggies and wheelchairs.

Executive Member for Traffic and Transportation Cllr Delme Bowen, said: “This year Christmas shopping in Cardiff will be bigger and better with the opening of the new St David’s development.

With more people travelling to the city we have improved our Park and Ride service and introduced a year round scheme at Pentwyn.”

“Park and Ride is the cheapest and easiest way to park your car in the city and I am delighted that once again Admiral will be supporting our Christmas service.”

Admiral CEO, Henry Engelhardt, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting the Park and Ride in Cardiff once again this Christmas. We hope many people will take advantage of the service and it will take a little of the stress out of getting in and out of the city over the festive period.”

Admiral and Safer Capital Partnership will also support the Admiral free New Year’s Eve bus service. From 7.30pm on 31st December until 2am on 1 January 2010 free buses will be operating, simply catch your local Cardiff Bus to get in and out of the city on New Year’s Eve for free.
