Detectives in Ammanford have arrested two men in connection with a robbery at the Asian Kitchen on Penybanc Road which happened on Saturday January 15th 2011.
The two local men, aged 18 and 20, have now been charged with robbery and will be appearing before Llanelli Magistrates today Tuesday 25th January 2011.
“Offences of this nature are rare in the Ammanford area,” said Detective Inspector Steve Cockwell. “And the fact that two people have been arrested and charged in relation to the incident will provide some reassurance to the victims and the wider community.”
