Officers in Cwmbran are appealing for information following an incident which occurred at approximately 4.50 pm yesterday (Wednesday 24th March 2010).
A 35 year old local female was walking to her parked car on Blenheim Road when a male began walking with her and talking to her. When she got inside the car the male sexually assaulted her. The male is described as white, aged approximately 13- 14 years, around five feet two inches tall, with a stocky build, fair coloured eye brows, blue eyes and pale skin. At the time of the offence he was wearing a plain black or dark coloured beanie hat, a plain waist length blue jacket, green coloured combat trousers and trainers with an element of white in them. At the time he was also carrying a red and white large golfing type umbrella with a silver tip.
