This month sees the publication of Professor Stephen Prosser’s latest book, You Can Move the Cheese!: The Role of an Effective Servant-Leader (Paulist Press).
The book identifies five key people propositions, practised by companies who believe that it is their people (their employees) who make the major and indispensable contribution to the success of the business, and invites leaders – in all types of organisations – to become purposeful, principled, resolute and exemplary as they transform their places of work and the lives of their followers.
Professor Prosser who is based at the Glamorgan Business School has written four other books and five monographs on leadership, change and the effectiveness of people and their organisations, resulting in invitations to speak at a number of international conferences.
