Flintshire County Council’s waste collection and recycling collection dates will be amended during the Easter Bank Holiday period as follows:
Normal Collection Day Revised Collection Day
- Good Friday 2 April No change
- Easter Monday 5 April Tuesday 6 April
- Tuesday 6 April Wednesday 7 April
- Wednesday 7 April Thursday 8 April
- Thursday 8 April Friday 9 April
- Friday 9 April Saturday 10 April
Normal collections will resume on Monday 12 April
Residents should refer to the calendars provided by the council to check when their brown bin, blue bag and blue box collections will take place.
Flintshire’s eight recycling parks will be open as normal during the Bank Holiday period.
Residents can also take items for recycling to the sites located in various supermarket car parks in the county.
