The Single Payment Scheme, the Common Agricultural Policy reform and town and village green are among the key topics which will be under discussion at the annual Rural Economy Conference in Llandrindod Wells next week.
Entitled A Journey into the Unknown, the event organised by ICAEW Wales and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), with ACCA takes place at the Metropole Hotel on Wednesday, February 22nd, and is sponsored by Lloyds TSB Agriculture.
The speakers include the Terri Thomas, Head of Countryside Policy Division, Department for Rural Affairs, Welsh and Jeremy Moody, Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) Secretary and Adviser.
The speakers and topics under discussion are:
