Following a debate in the Senedd on Tuesday, 23 March, S4C have confirmed its intention to introduce broadcasts from the National Assembly of Wales on its main channel throughout the United Kingdom.
Giving prominence to the proceedings on a Channel which reaches all homes in Wales and Sky subscribers beyond Wales is important for S4C as a comprehensive Welsh channel in the digital age.
The Assembly’s full sessions and some committees will be broadcast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from April onwards.
