Keep fit instructors who want to add an extra string to their bow by becoming water-based instructors have the chance to do just that on Saturday March 13.
Wales National Pool is running a one-day course that will give trainers a qualification in teaching as water exercise instructors.
The day will involve lectures and pool sessions so instructors can learn how to use water to add fun to their fitness classes.
Jane Draper, Wales Narional Pool General Manager, said: “For someone with a swimming teacher qualification it’s a great way to break into the fitness and exercise industry and vice versa for those only teaching dry side. This is a great way to get to get into aquatics.”
