Police are appealing for information following the theft of a set of distinctive cufflinks during burglary in Miskin.
A family returned home from holiday on 8th August, to discover their house had been ransacked.
A set of distinctive cufflinks were stolen during the raid, and it is hoped the public can help trace them.
They were a gift to the owner’s father who was presented with them after he played rugby for Wales.
Both are scribed with the three Welsh feathers and the initials ‘JPE’ and were kept in a small wooden box.
The cufflinks are treasured by the owners and they are desperate to get them back.
Anyone who has seen them, or who thinks they may have been offered them, are urged to contact South Wales Police via 101 quoting reference *289398 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
