Staff and service users from Tri Ffordd will be delivering plants this week, in readiness to be sold during the Pantymwyn Village Gardens’ Open Day on Sunday 26 June 2011, which takes place between 2pm and 6pm.
Tri Ffordd is part of Flintshire County Council’s Community Services Directorate and provides day service provision for Adults with Learning Disabilities.
The team has previously worked in conjunction with the National Gardens Scheme (NGS) and have always welcomed the opportunity to undertake this type of partnership working.
Councillor Carol Ellis, Executive Member for Social Services, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Tri Ffordd to sell its products at such a popular local event. We hope it is well supported and enjoyed by all who attend.”
