A man and woman have been taken to hospital following a collision in Trelawnyd today (Tuesday, April 26).
The man and woman were taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan following the collision which occurred between a silver coloured Ford Fiesta and a silver coloured Toyota Yaris on London Road. Police received a call at 11.39am today reporting the collision.
An elderly man was trapped in vehicle and was released by the North Wales Fire and Rescue service.
The man and woman taken to hospital are believed to have sustained bruising.
The road was closed and was re-opened at 2.12pm.
