Update on collision on A494 at Glanrafon, Corwen

The 19-year-old girl who died in the two vehicle collision on the A494 at Glanrafon near Corwen last night has been named as Angharad Mary Clague. She came from the Reading area of Berkshire.

Three other people remain in hospital – one of whom is described as being in a critical condition.

Police are still keen to speak to the driver of a car which was travelling towards the scene of the collision from the Corwen direction at around 4.25pm yesterday, Wednesday 14 July. The driver may have witnessed the collision between the Peugeot and the Ford Mondeo but did not stop.
