Every year Denbighshire County Council’s tourism department produces promotional brochures for visitors to rural and coastal Denbighshire and this year is no exception.
60,000 North Wales Borderlands brochures alongside 70,000 Rhyl and Prestatyn brochures will be printed and delivered to various locations throughout England and Wales. The brochures will be distributed via various Visit Wales marketing campaigns, exhibitions, tourism advertising campaigns and through the Tourist Information Centres.
The brochures both follow Visit Wales ‘brand guidelines’ which look at Wales in terms of the spirit of the people, the spirit of the place and the spirit of the culture and history. What we say to visitors and how we say it can determine how the visitor perceives the area. What we say must reflect what matters in life and on holiday. The real voice of Wales is natural, approachable and honest and embraces the personal, the specific and the anecdotal.
Both brochures follow these guidelines and concentrate on the ‘realness’ of both resorts. They aim to show the visitor that Denbighshire is a warm and friendly county, ready to offer you unique experiences.
