Welsh Fairy Tales and Folk Music come to Parc Cwm Darran

Welsh-Fairy-Tales-and-folk-There are fairies and mythical creatures aplenty at this summer – but they are not quite as they seem…

Join storytellers and musicians at Parc Cwm Darran’s new amphitheatre on Saturday 26th July, for an afternoon of gripping tales of the dark Otherworld of old Ceredigion. Visitors will be entranced by the musical accompaniment of harp and fiddle, and the mysterious tales of another world. Audience members must be wise, though, as the fairies in the stories are not as enchanting as they may first appear.

The event as a whole runs between 2pm and 4pm, with an art workshop for children beginning at 2pm and the performance of fairy tales and folk music beginning at 3pm. The event is suitable for children aged 6 and over.

Tickets cost £3 and must be booked in advance.

Bookings for the art workshop are on a first come, first served basis due to there being a limited number of spaces available.
