Commenting on the announcement that Secretary of State for Wales Cheryl Gillan has laid the Welsh Referendum Order before Parliament, Leader of the Welsh Conservatives in the National Assembly, Nick Bourne AM said:
“This is another important step on the way to holding a referendum for further powers for the National Assembly.
“I am looking forward to the debate that lies ahead and I am pleased that, thanks to the hard work of the Secretary of the State for Wales, all is running to schedule.”
