A car park below Pontypridd’s Taff Vale Shopping Precinct will be closed until next week following a slight delay in demolition work being carried out on the site.
Taff Vale Car Park, which is operated by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, has been closed for the duration of the work which is being carried out by Taff Vale Limited, the company responsible for the redevelopment of the precinct area.
The Council has been informed that the initial demolition work will now continue until next week. The underground car park will remain closed for the duration of the demolition.
The other available short stay car park is the adjacent at Gas Road Additional long stay car parks are available at Sardis Road, Millfield, Goods Yard and the Berw Road Multi Storey car parks.
