Young people can swim for free at Blaenau Gwent Council’s sports centre pools over half-term.
Between Saturday, 13 February and Sunday, 23 February 2010 anyone under the age of 16 can turn up at sports centre pools in Nantyglo, Abertillery, Tredegar or Ebbw Vale and take advantage of the offer during public swim times.
Blaenau Gwent’s Free Swim Initiative runs during every school holiday and is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government.
