Aerial Acrobatic show sutable for all the family

Exciting new production, Wardrobe Diaries, comes to Blackwood Miners’ Institute on Wednesday 21st October at 7.30pm.

“The group expertly swing from six Chinese poles with the ease of spiders dangling from a web.” South Wales Argus.

Directed by James Roberts, this must see show is a rich mix of aerial and acrobatic skills, dance, honest imagination and quirky humour; the CITRUS crew move up, down and around a wall of 20ft climbing poles and two tonnes of discarded clothing.

“Wardrobe Diaries” is based on those Sunday afternoon clothing clear-out moments that remind you of not going to bed without your favourite Spiderman pyjamas, wearing a fur coat at a festival, things that belonged to Grand-parents, the costumed Hen/Stag-night you had last summer and all of that stuff you bought, but never wore.

Featuring the music of Ted Barnes (composer to Beth Orton), the lively, soulful beats of Mr Scruff and a cast of top-end circus and dance artists. Truly, a Rumble in the Jumble.

Tickets cost only £5 and are available from the Box Office on 01495 227206 or book online on the Blackwood Miners’ Institute website.
