Help is at hand this weekend for first time buyers, or anyone struggling to move up the property ladder.
A Home Buyers Fair is being held at Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Mold, this Saturday 11 September. There will be a number of seminars about mortgage advice, understanding the legal process and affordable housing solutions. Information will also be available about mortgages and the help on offer from house builders and the local authority.
Representatives from Flintshire County Council, mortgage advisers, solicitors, estate agents, housing associations and property developers will all be at the fair to give people the personal advice needed to buy a home.
The aim of the event is to promote affordable housing opportunities in Flintshire and also to help revitalise the local housing market.
The fair is being run with support from Flintshire County Council’s Housing Strategy Unit and is being organised by 75Point3, a financial advice and mortgage company with offices throughout North Wales and Chester.
The Home Buyers Fair is at Clwyd Theatr Cymru on Saturday 11 September from 11am to 2pm.
