Horton and Port Eynon inshore lifeboat was called on service on Saturday afternoon to the aid of a kite windsurfer in trouble in Port Eynon bay Gower.
The surfer was seen to be in difficulties by a member of the volunteer lifeboat crew, who then alerted Swansea Coastguards. The lifeboat was then launched and soon picked up the kite surfer bringing him ashore safe and well
