New beauty range launched in Ruthin

Bathing Beauty offers a range of handmade bath and beauty products. The outlet is based in Ruthin’s complementary health care centre, the Well Street Clinic, and last week Clwyd West Assembly Member Darren Millar dropped in to see how the new venture was progressing.

All Bathing Beauty’s products are made by hand and in small batches by Georgina Jones, a former international model. Georgina’s products only contain natural ingredients which are ethically and locally sourced and are free from Parabens, SLS, palm oil, synthetic fixatives, fillers and fragrance oils. Products include soaps, bath milks and bath-melts.

Speaking after visiting ‘Bathing Beauty’ Darren said:

‘Georgina has created a fantastic range of products which make for fantastic Christmas presents – I’m sure she will take Ruthin by storm.

‘I understand that the shop has exciting plans for expansion and I wish her well with for the future.

‘This is exactly the example of entrepreneurial spirit we want to see more of in Wales and I’m sure Bathing Beauty will be a welcome addition to the Ruthin shopping experience.’

When asked to comment Georgina jones said:

‘I’m delighted to finally have launched ‘Bathing Beauty’. It is the fruit of many years thought and planning and I am very grateful to Anvil Pottery and Homeward Bound for their help and support. I’m very proud to be able to support local businesses in this venture.’
