Police appeal after 40 cars attacked

Police in Rhymney are appealing for information after the windows of 40 vehicles were smashed some time between late Sunday, August 15 and the early hours of Monday August 16.

The vehicles were in the New Tredegar and Rhymney areas when the windows were smashed.

Two males, aged 21 and 23 both from Pontllanfraith have been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage to a motor vehicle and have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
