Preseli Pete and The Bluestone Boys arrive at Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan, on Friday 11th March at 8pm on their “For Your Eyes Only Tour”.
Shamelessly feel-good music played with energy, wit and accomplishment, ‘Preseli Pete’ blend classic skiffle melodies of the 50s and 60s with their own original material, adding a soupçon of famous pop tunes from the last three decades and giving it all a unique foot-stomping twist.
Described by The Western Telegraph as the finest skiffle band in Pembrokeshire, Pete brought the Torch Theatre audience to its feet after an evening of irrepressible good humour, energetic musicality and a couple of original pop videos thrown in for good measure. Now they promise to set Mwldan alight with their infectious blend of four part harmony, tea-chest bass, guitar, keyboards, drums, percussion, bass, witty lyrics and outrageous use of kazoos!
