Pudsey Rocks!

Talented musicians and singers from Cardiff schools will feature in an evening of live music in aid of charity tomorrow night.

Supported by Cardiff Council’s music development team, young people from Cantonian High School, Cathays High School, Michaelston Community College, Mary Immaculate RC High School and St David’s College will be tuning up to raise money for Children In Need at the Pudsey Rocks event at The Globe on Albany Road. Local singer and guitarist Thoby Davis is the guest artist for the evening.

Young people under 18 are invited to join Pudsey at the live showcase on Tuesday November 16 at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £4 and are available on the door.

Executive Member for Education and Lifelong Learning, Cllr Freda Salway, said: “It’s great to see young people giving up their time to raise fund for charity. Cardiff schools are full of musical talent so I’m sure this event will be very entertaining.”

Volunteer group Pobol Ifanc are supporting the event.
