Residents in Denbighshire being reminded to secure their right to vote

Time is running out to register to vote in the General Election and North Wales’ returning Officers are reminding voters they need to be on the electoral register otherwise they won’t be able to vote.

Registering to vote only takes a few minutes: print off a form from www.aboutmyvote.co.uk, the website of the independent Electoral Commission, or telephone your County Council’s Election Service.

Registration forms and postal vote application forms must be received by the Returning Officer by 20 April and the proxy vote deadline is 27 April.

Registration forms must be sent to the Returning Officer, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, LL15 1YN.
