Welsh Author Touts Positive Thinking as the Way to Beat the Credit Crunch

An author who lost everything she had including an 1.8 million fortune believes that people who face a similar downward spiral today can turn things around through positive thinking. Phylis Oostemeijer from Haverfordwest who wrote a book explaining how she overcame her personal crisis hopes that people can learn from her experiences in these difficult times.

She said,

“I even fled the country living for nearly five years in Spain. I fought the banks, eventually having to accept nobody wins against them. I turned my negative life around returning to Wales and I wrote a book telling what had helped me to recover, and it still helps me to stay strong and focused. I have a hell of a story to say and I feel strongly that it can help people now to not be despondent. This book is more relevant then ever in these difficult times.”

Choose Life is an informative book with practical suggestions on how to overcome conditions such as depression based on true life experiences.
